Concern

I am 34 years old, I have had raynauds since my early 20's recently started having ovarian cysts developed. However my cold hands and cold feet are progressively not getting better. I dont smoke and barely drink. I have also had a unexplained amount of weight loss I stay in the range of 140... to about 130. less than a year ago I was 150..  I have not change my diet or eating  habits significantly.. Can anyone help me with this I've told my Md. But she just thinks its ok.

I became concerned about my weight because it has become noticeable at work.(meaning my uniform which was snug is now very roomy? Is there a possibility that it's my thyroid? Do I need to ask for a specialist? before I start really worrying..

I would definitely get second opinion to find out what exactly is your origin of pain.
I do have lower back pain and right sided pain. My MD has dx me with PCOS. But I don't have any other underlying symptoms. I have ovarian cyst with hormone therapy they may go away will see.

Ask your MD to run a TSH test, a Free T4 test, and a Free T3 test. Depending on how the tests look, you may want to then ask for antibody tests. Several of them.

Your TSH should absolutlely be in the lower half of the lab range. Less than 2.0, higher than 0.5.

Have you had any other symptoms, like pain in your back, spasms in your lower back/hip area, thrush in your mouth.  I have recently been going through the weight loss too and my own daughter is wondering if I don't have an eating disorder which is utterly rediculous.  I have tried to explain what is happening the best way I know how and it is hard when you don't even know.  She is also hypothyroid as well.  Then about 3 months ago I thought I had the flew and then it didn't go away.  It was the most intense pain in my joints and it felt like my whole entire body was in one big charle horse.  Then one day after a prayer for a miracle the thrush left my mouth and the pain went away.  I still have all the muscle weekness and join soreness but not the intense charlie horse pain I had.  My doc thinks its fibromyalgia, put me on lyrica,  did not work at all!  He refuses to help me with the pain so just quit taking anything and left it up to the higher power.  What do ya think, any of this happening to you?
