Okay - I went back and read your other posts. I take it that the results of the FNA that you had done said that it is indicative of cancer. They can't really say that you have 100% chance of having cancer so I'm guessing that what you are reading is there is only 1% chance that it's *not* cancerous. Right????
If they find cancer on the FNA then it's a pretty good indication you have it and need to have it removed. If they *don't* find cancer on the FNA then there is always still a chance that you have it (and that they just didn't hit it with the needle).
So . . . if what I'm interpreting is that your FNA said you do have 99% chance that it's cancer . . . are you having it removed?

Can you clarify your ? ... I am not sure I understand .. also, do you mean 10% are cancer while 90% are not?
