My doctor told me if I chose to take Alli then I need to take it at least one hour after my thyroid meds. Some people do lose weight using Alli. I took it for about teo month and lose wieght but I could not handle the (blow out) side effects... you will be regularRegular insulin when taking it..
The FDA says people who have diabetes or thyroid disease or take blood thinners should not use Alli without their physician's approval.
