Many do not find success on taking diet supplements when hypoT and diet pills do counteract thyroid absorption of meds.

My doctor told me if I chose to take Alli then I need to take it at least one hour after my thyroid meds. Some people do  lose weight using Alli. I took it for about teo month and lose wieght but I could not handle the (blow out) side effects... you will be regular when taking it..

I would go on research data before taking it

The FDA says people who have diabetes or thyroid disease or take blood thinners should not use Alli without their physician's approval.
