Cramps can be due to electrolyte imbalance due to either sodium, potassium or calcium or even magnesium. They can be due to stones in the urinary system causing pain to refer. Irritable bowel is another possibility if you have bowel problems, gas etc. Polycystic disease of the ovary is another possibility.
Hope this helps. I think you should discuss these possibilities with your parents and see a doctor. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining.
