Gnats or Fruit flies following me

This may sound very unususal,and beleive me I wouldn't even mention it, if it hadn't become such an anomoly to me. For the past 3 months or so I have noticed that I have gnats flying around me at home. Just a couple,but they follow me from room to room, wherever I go. They also follow me to work,and I have them in my office too. Then when I go to another person's office, they follow me in there too. So essentially it's me they are after. There is no food or fruit anywhere,and I do not wear cologne. I have not done anything different from when they were not constantly around me. I am not sure why they are around me, but as you can see, it has become a problem.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hey there, I have had this gnat problem for over ten years. Used lice killer, dog shampoos, tried everything. Almost shaved my head. I killed several took them to Entemology Dept. They said they are PHORID FLIES. Description is dead on. But why are they living in my hair? I am clean. I wash my hair 4 times a week. I scrub my scalp with a nail brush every week. It is making me almost suicidal now. Light attracts them. Heat attracts them. So when someone comes up to me, almost always one flies out of my hair. And I watch that persons reaction and it is not good. They start playing with their hair, backing up. This is NOT Morgellens. It is not Botfly. It is not IN MY HEAD. I have tried many shampoos, conditioners etc. Same result. The only thing that seems to knock them out for 2-3 days is hair dye. So now I am going to try commercial strength pyrethrins mixed with shampoo and leave it on for 10 minutes then rinse. Let you know how that works. Don't feel bad. Your not alone and your not crazy.

I am 52. i have been a  landscaper all of my life.  since last july i have been getting bitten by midgets.. those no see ums.. omg.. l have been through pure hell.. these things has made my loose many many nights of sleep, but i still have to go to work.. i have actually seen many times gnats landing on me, then sting the living life out of me.. my god...it is winter now, and the sting tortoure have went down about 90%..i am so scared.. summer is coming,, i just cant go through another summer like the last one.. i would rather die.... my email is   ***@****   plzz plzz contact me  thank you

Your daughter doesnt even eat low carb fruits?
Could you be more detailed about her cure? It is still working?
Can you describe her symptoms evolution and the foods she is eating?

Dod you take any regular medicine against fungal infection while doing these diets and taking these suplements?  Like flucanozole and prescribed remedies like that.
Did you pass for some exames? To see if you have parasites and stuff like that?
Or you just changed your diet and sptartes to take suplements?
