Hi
Welcome to the forum!
The lump where your thigh meets the groin can be a swollen lymph node, especially if you have other symptoms such as abdominal pain, unexplained anemia and unexplained weight loss. It could also be a lipoma (localized collection of fat), an abscess (collection of pus) or an infected hematoma (collection of blood).
If there is a suggestive history, you should test for HIV.
Regarding your other symptoms of abdominal pain, unexplained anemia and unexplained weight loss you should get investigated for malabsorption syndromes as seen in seen in intestinal tuberculosis, HIV, tropical sprue, parasites in stool and Whipple’s Disease.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
