Pain and excessive sweating

I started experiencing pain below my breasts (more or less the same pain i experience with the ulcer) early this morning. It made me want to vomit but never did vomit. I have been sweating excessively throughout the day and the pain is still there. is this anything to worry about coz it is unbearable?

Hi

The pain and sweating can be due to severe acidity, heart attack, high blood pressure, thyroid problem or low sugar levels. Please consult a doctor immediately and get yourself examined. You may need to take a few tests like ECG or EKG. You can also report to an ER. Take care and keep me posted.
