Pain in ear and slurred speech when cold

Ever since I can remember when in a cold enviroment I get a very bad headache with ear pain, eye pain, and slurred speech.  This only happens if my ears are not covered.  If I then cover up my ears all the symptoms resolve within about 20 minutes.  I am very sensitive to cold weather even though I grew up in it!  Any ideas?

Many Thanks!

you should consult to a Physician EENT( Ears, eyes, nose, throat) specialist.my tip is when it happens just cover your ear.always wear something that you will feel comfortable and can protect your senses. And also it maybe related to your brain (regarding on the slurred speech, you should undergo PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT. to find out correct diagnosis.
