For the past three years I've been having and strange pain in my right leg. Every morning I'll wake up and I can't move my leg for at least 20 minutes. Then every day around ten my right leg will hurt extremely bad. It feels like being stung by bees over and over and over again. Then usually it gets white pale splotches all over the leg and the veins kinda stick out... Then with in a half hour it goes away then around 6 p.m. it will get the pain all over again. What's wrong with my leg?
Welcome to the forum!
You could be having severe osteoarthritis of the right hip joint. This causes inability to move the leg after a period of rest. Another possibility is compression of the sacral nerve roots of the spine causing sciatica. The level of pain will vary with the type of activity you are doing. Osteoarthritis itself can cause pinched nerves.
You should ideally consult an orthopedic specialist and neurologist both. A MRI of lower spine and hip joint X-ray and MRI may be required.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
