Hi
Welcome to the forum!
A lymph node that swells in response to an infection or an inflammation takes some time to go back to normal size. This may persist for some time even months. If additional lymph nodes develop then you may have to rule out cat scratch disease (this is a rare complication and hence do not worry much). Otherwise the scratch will heal and the lymph node will be back to normal after some time.
