aching armpits, tongue ulcers, ulceration ileum, low iron periodically - ideas?

Wondering if anyone has any ideas on:

aching underarms (swollen lymph nodes)
tongue ulcers on tip
chronic headache/sinus probelms
ulceration of ileum (GIT)
Fluctuating liver enzymes;
periodical low iron studies;
stringy blood clot in semen (possibly unrelated?)
fatique and general unwell every so often.

Would like to hear any ideas or if anybody else experienced these?

have you bee tested fr hep b and hep c? I'd get tested if I was you.
