shingles without a rash and pleurisy

i went to the er a week ago and was diagnosed with shingles without a rash and pleurisy. the pain me the dr give me didnt touch the pain i am in. i have taken all of the pain med and am still takin the acyclovir. the pain is now from my left hip up the left side into the mid of my back and continues up to my neck and the pain is very intense. ive developed new symptoms such as an intense burning sensation and occasional numbness to the left side of my face. i cannot raise my arms past my sides...... i have no health ins and cannot afford another er visit... WHAT SHOULD I DO!! anyone with any advise please feel free to comment.. i cannot take much more of this horrible pain!!
