me too.

I have the exact same problem as you.  I'm 25 years old and i have problems with frequent urination and very weak erections.  I went to a urologist and he couldn't find anything wrong that caused my frequent urination.  The doctor also assumed that my weak erections were because of stress and he determined this without any testing at all.  I still have these problems months later.  I wondering what the results of your tests were.  Did they find anything causing your problems.  I would appreaciate it if you shared your results with me.

This discussion is related to erection problems.

Hmmm you might also want to consider the possiblity of Interstitial Cystitis, with the frequency issues.  Most the time this accompanied by pelvic pain or for men pain
the groin etc. but I have several IC patients that only initially had frequency and seeing your bladder weakened at such a young  age makes me wonder.

I would be glad to send you info on IC links etc. so you can discuss it with your doctor.

We also have an IC support forum here on this site actually two, listed below.

The expert forum where you can actually ask the doctor here on Medhelp is here also:

Hope you find a solutions soon!

Hi,
I am a little surprised that at such a young age your bladder muscles are not strong enough to expel the urine from the bladder. Urodynamic studies can help in assessing the degree of weakness of the bladder wall muscles. Has your urologist given some reason of such weakness of the muscles? Please discuss the option of urodynamic studies with your urologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

My urologist did all the urine tests and they were all normal. before i went to the urologist my doctor did blood tests and he said those were normal so i don't think its diabetes. He did an ultrasound of my bladder and found that my bladder didnt empty all the ways.  so he schedulded me for a one test were he stuck a camera up me urethra to see if there was a blockage. He didn't find anything abnormal.  He did say the muscles on the inside of my bladder looked weak and he could tell i strain when i go to the bathroom.  The seconde ultrasound of my bladder was normal.  His only advice was to try not to strain when i go and i'm supposed to go back in a couple months.  I still pee like every 30 minutes.  I've completly elimated caffenine and alcolhol from my diet.  I still drink caffeine free soda and i read somewhere that carbonated drinks can also irratate the bladder so i might try and elimante that from my diet also

Hi,
The common causes of frequent urination are diabetes mellitus, diabetes inspidus, stone in the urinary tract & urinary tract infection. These need to be ruled out. Hence, will suggest you to discuss these possibilities with your urologist and seek opinion on the same. The commonest cause of weak erections is stress only and thus your urologist suggested the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
