Hi, I just started at this group. When I'm tired, my sugar is usually higher. May be during the time of fatigue, just do a quick check to see if that's part of what's making you tired. Checking before breakfast is only part of the story. But it looks like you're doing well. The question is, what's your sugar like throughout the rest of the day. Is it high during day time to make you tired. Best of luck.
Hope you feel better soon! The appetite and the fatigue go hand in hand. Especially if you have "sugar" issues. People with sugar don't do well with 3 full meals in a day. We do better with smaller, if not snack-like meals throughout the day. And not sitting around helps alot too. We must burn off the food we consume or we will never lose weight, get our blood pressure down, or feel any energy at all. Seems strange, I know, to say that exercise (walking) will actually give us more energy-BUT IT DOES! Hope this helps.
