I have a two year old girl in my class who always walks with her bottom sticking out. She has problems sitting, standing and walking, and she always walks like that. She tends to stand leaning over a chair or armrest or something so that her bottom sticks out. She has problems with bowel movements. I can tell when she is trying to go, because she always cries and grunts. And whenever I try to change her diaper she gets upsets, and cries. The problems with bowel movements have been going on for about a month or so now. I have read that with holding excretion, and problems walking and or sitting could be possible signs of sexual abuse. I don't know if it is because she is constipated or if it there really is a problem with sexual abuse. Please help me, a concerned child care provider.
