Drinking to much alcohol to the point where you black out, wake up the next morning to your "friends" telling you about the threesome last night... is that rape?

This happened 2 years ago, I dont really think much on it, but it was my husbands best friend at the time and his girlfriend who were also my friends, I black out from drinking to much alcohol (21st b-day) to waking up the next morning feeling disgusted, the last thing i seriously remember was puking and putting my clothes back on.

Every so often my husband and I get into a fight because I "slept" with his best friend, I blacked out, I didnt want it. But he doesnt believe me on it, he thinks I should have called the cops.. that would make since in anyother case but they were my friends at the time, nothing I can do now right?

Were you the only one drunk? And you were so drunk that you don't remember anything. In such a circumstance how can you accuse anyone of rape. The lesson here is not to drink so much much that you are blotto. I once knew a heavy drink who would not pass out, but who would develop amnesia for much of the episode. She kept getting pregnant having had no memory of how she got that way. I don't see how you can call this rape.

Thank you guys for the response we dont really talk about but every now and again it pops up.. this was 3years ago.... it should be done with I just didnt know if it was really considered rape or not?! but Im not friends with those people, My husband and I do have 1 kid together. so i mean im not stressing on anything just a question...

I don't think it's rape,  I  think it's waking up and realizing you need to stop drinking so much in public.  

If you believe you were drugged by someone slipping something into your drink,  that's a completely different story.

If your husband wanted to torture you for this incident of being drunk and having sex with his best friend,  he should have mentioned that BEFORE your wedding.  I really think you need to tell him that if he mentions this horrible indescetion one more time, you are done with him and will see him in divorce court.

The prime example as to why you don't drink to excess,some would call it rape,to me if you don't know whether you said no then I don't believe it's rape,you have to be clear in what you say,I also don't see how you could call the cops if you were blacked out and can't remember anything,you said you only remember puking and getting dressed and that it was only because your friends told you that they had a threesome with you that you know anything about it.
As for your husband I don't see how it has anything to do with him seeing as you weren't a couple at the time.Chalk it up to experience and move on.
