how do i get off of ambien

i take 30 ambien a night some times 45 it has gotten so bad it dont even work to sleep i catch my self wakeing up at 1 am popping another 15 and 5 umsoms then if i do fall asleep i take adderall 25 mg rx and a 10 mg perk 2 times a day i dont know what to do i have a lready gone to help clinics doen here were i live and no help. i need help i dont know what to do i cry all day because i cant stop even if i try by not buying them i get worried i cant sleep so i set up worring iam not going to sleep if any one knows any thing i can do please let me know asap thank you

I am so sorry you are going through this... we all have our demons. A doctor is the best thing to do and he can help u come off all of it. U will feel like a new person..... in my prayers,

DR is the key word, then a counsler. you must have a reason that you started this , if you know the reason you can work on the cure, you must have a crooked Dr thet keeps you supplied or many Dr have you thought just what this may do to your health  luck  jo

So let's see.... You are taking downers at night and uppers during the say (Adderall is speed in case you don't know). You appear to have an addictive personality and should get yourself to an expert. You have to be weaned off both.

Yeah, I agree. Slowly is the key word. very slowly, that stuff is highly addictive I hear.

You may want to put this question on the expert/Doctor forum also there ia a substance abuse forum with good folks to help you. I think that with the help from your Doctor it would be a better idea to slowly wean off the Ambien, it possibly doesnt mix too well with adderal which is another med  known to have side effects ..Speak to you Doctor before you do anything.Good Luck
