That is awesome.  I can't wait until I can say it has been a year for me.  Right now it has been 25 days off the hydros and 5 months off the sleeping pills.  I am stoked and ready to kick the addictions @ss.

That is so wonderful...there was someone on here today trying to break a 40 mg a day habit with methadone...hopefully they will see ur post and get some pointers....congrats!  Not many on here have experience with methadone...thanx for the encouraging and positive post

That is absolutely awsome.I am comming up on 100 days tomorrow and I still struggle a bit with fatigue sometimes and the mental stuff but it certainly has gotten better and better as the days roll on.Best decision I ever made freeing myself from methodone.Thanks so much for this post,huge inspiration for me and many others here.Peace.
