Ive headaches, stpmach hurts, no runs, but just no motivation. Tried getting out and shooting some baskets today, even though I didnt want to, picked up some sticks in the yard, but I still feel that awful anxiety. The doc put me on adderrall for the last month, and I quit taking that for the simple reason, I dont want to be on these chemicals pulling my brain In different directions. My pharmacist said it should be about over. Of course ive got a lot of other problems going on too that are bothering me too. Just cant get rid of the anxiety. Any help would be appteciated.

Yeah Brother,
Hang in there and push forward one day at a time. I'm at day 16 and there has been crazy improvement between day 10 and day 16...

Hey, sometimes it's mind over matter as they say...start with making yourself go for a walk in the eve, i think you will find that once you start you can keep going for a while, try to make it an hour or so if you can...it'll help build up your exercise endorphins, works and tires your body for better sleep and gives you a sense of accomplishment...just a thought.
