11 days free from the Beast!!!

Today makes 11 days free from this beast methadone!! Yesterday struggled a little w anxiety. But I MaDE myself get up and workout and eventually MADE myself get out of the house w my fam to run errands.  Amazing how much better I felt after I did that. I really didn't feel like doing anything.  But it was making my anxiety worse just sitting around doing nothing.  

I promise I won't be posting my progress ev day for the next 6 months.  Lol. Just maybe until I gain enough confidence against this beast!! So please bear w me my friends.  I can use all the support I can get right now.

yayyyy on 11 days!!  girl you can post AS MUCH as you need to!   we got you!  and the anxiety is a bit** right??  it was rough for me as well, coming off opiates.  But i applaud your courage and determination to beat this!  your attitude is amazing and you continue to inspire me!  You can PM me any time you need to as well girl!
