Day 7 Symptoms

Today Day 7 off tramadol,,,Sis4478 -7,,,Devil -0,,,,Feel a little stronger but have had a Headache since yesterday afternoon,had to take one of my Migraine pills this morning and its not having much effect? was wondering if because I took the st johns wort yesterday if that might be the problem or is this just more of the WD's???
Again any Help Is Greatly Appreciated

I had headaches when taking the drugs and then without them, they became much worse.  It was about a week or so later that the real pain from the headache subsided but the headache itself definitely didn't go away.  It was a dull fuzzy headache that hung around on/off for a few weeks after that.  It does get better so please know that.

I also found that when I experienced my many many "mini" withdrawals (running out of my script early because I was taking WAY more than my prescribed dose) and as I was in between scripts, I would try to use an OTC for relief.  They never worked.  I'm now convinced that it was because of all of the narcotics in my bloodstream and central nervous system that in essence "blocked" the effects of these OTC meds.  It wasn't until about a month out that I finally got substantial relief from aleve, excedrin and motrin.  I have OA so I'll always have pain, but now that the narcotics are out of my system, the non-narcotic pain meds work amazingly well.  I think this will be the same for you too.

Congrats on Day 7 - ONE WHOLE WEEK!  I'm happy for you and I know you will get through this.  Keeping your mind strong and your decision resolute has made all the difference, as it does for many of us.  Keep going I'm still cheering for you!  :)
