Congrats on 30 days that is a big deal!!!! I know about the fatique I have really struggled with that to. I will have 2 months clean from Lortab in one week and it does get better. For me it took a little over a month to slowly see improvements, but it is gradual and soon you will find yourself doing lots of things and then suddenly realize you are doing all these things without pills. I remember one day last week I was busy for hours and then I realized my energy level was back and I was so grateful some days are still better than others but I think you will soon see a huge difference. I like you still crave the pills from time to time especially when I drive past my Dr. office but I don;t miss the insanity of what I did to get the pills etc!!! Stay strong it gets better!!!

Congrats on 30 days!!! That is a great achievement. I think your energy levels will come up.. Yoga is a great idea. Good Luck
Ever try yoga? It helped me a ton during the withdrawal process. It also really teaches you how to breathe so your body and mind can relax.
I have been afraid of walking too because I have severe ankle and knee problems. I will see if I can do that.
I am happy about the 30 days. thank you so much.

Lisa~ Good for you! The energy thing takes awhile to come back. It's better if you go after it! Get moving and the energy follows. Just walking outside is all it takes.
30 days is a big deal. Be proud!
