The drinks contain the Amino's found in our Amino Acid Protocols......sometimes with caffeine or guarnana (south american caffeiene..) You could do much cheaper through bulk nutricicals (internet order...) and mix a batch using the 5-hour bottle to replicate. Tysosine is good for the stimulant........ or you could pick up the pills from GNC and do the same thing. The little drinks are convenient - but you pay dearly for convenience...............might want to think of ginseng and a few others also - sub-lingual B-12 - - - - - lots of things to try until one works well.................
im taking multi vitamin and b12 250mcg 1 each should i be taking more b12 or is 1 at that dose enough the drink ill try just see how it works and if it helps ill do as you say.
I would add a B-complex to the mix.....good for the nervous system. If you are eating properly there is probably no reason to up the B-12 past whatever small amount may be in the B complex and your supplement..........good luck with the enrgy drinks....they seem to hit about 60-40 in their favor as far as people I have polled.......best of luck to you!
