I'm on day six.....AGAIN.  Congratulations on your six.  Are you taking the amino acids and vitamins.  Look on the health pages. There are suggestions there for better sleep.  Please hang in there.

All the best.

Jollyman,

The worst lasted about 8 days for me without getting better, then on noon of the 8 th day I felt good for a couple of hours, and it has slowley been getting better every day with some days worse than others I'm only sleeping two hours a night and did not sleep the first 6 days. I'm only on day 14 so still pressing on. You can do this! Don't give up! Peace Brother.

I'm pretty new at  being clean and I wish I could offer sound advice.  Six days CT...it's something you should be very proud of even though you are feeling like ****. Please continue to read and post here.

I got some Lunesta to help with my sleep.  It did not provide a full night, but i did manage couple of hours interval.  I took a couple of hot baths throughout the night to help with the nerves and jitterness.  My doc gave me a trial kit of Requip to help with the shaking legs.  I yakked a few times and that always seem to help with the sickness.

Hang in there!!!
