ANY ONE WHO CAN HELP

I made a typo in my original post. I AM currently taking Cymbalta and Xanax for the ancy legs and arms. If anyone has any ideas please share them. This isnt just at night but it goes on all day. I am feeling desperate because I feel like this is hurting my life right now more than the 20 vicodin es I was taking a day. I had no idea that this could happen after 5 weeks of being clean.

Ok...I answered in your other post...then I checked in the health pages and found this...

Calcium 1,000mgs at bedtime Magnesium 1,000mgs at bedtime  nourishes the central nervous system and helps control tremors like RLS and other muscle spasms calms and relaxes the body, helps sleep.

I still suggest you read through them b/c there is alot more info. The above part I found in the amino acid protocol.

Also, I know you are feeling miserable and possibly desparate right now...but it's not worth going back to the pills..you have come so far and that is so wonderful!

Keep up the good work and keep posting!
