Am I gonna lose this methadone weight?

I am tapering down off methadone I started tapering at 120mg I am now at 30mg as of today. When I started my clinic I weighed 125 pounds or 120 not positive the exact but I got up to 225 pounds at my highest weight. I've been on methadone for four years now, sence I've started to come off my weight has gone down to 180pounds. When I first started tapering I lost all that then when I hit about 55mg I stopped losing weight and haven't lost a pound sence. :-( I'm getting so down and so scared that I'm never going to lose this methadone weight! This methadone belly! I was tiny my whole entire life! Ugh anyway my question is do people have experience with this? Will I lose weight after I'm off completely? Any advice is welcomed.
