Thanks for answering me Patty, just wondered if I was weird.
Yes Chig I have a lot of muscle tension, especially in my neck and shoulders. I use my heating pad like 10 times a day for it.
Im glad you have decided to wait to see how you feel! Give it some time to let your brain start functioning on its own! I have been on ADs for years and a month after I stopped the pain pills I started weaning off the AD. Still have a ways to go but I want to see what life is like without anything in my system! Depending on the AD you have to wean off of it too or there will be WDs. I am on effexor and it is a BEAR to come off of!!! So give yourself some more time and see how you feel!!!
I have one more question, please? Do anyone have a lot of muscle tension? I have a lot of it in my shoulders and legs.
thanks all I appreciate your responses. Im kind of scared to take anything right now, Im thinking I should wait awhile, too.
Thanks again
Have you tried st johns wort? Its a natural way to help with depression.
I too suffer from depression but I think it will pass in time. Our brains have to learn how to produce their own feel good chemicals all over again. Me personally, I have decided to wait till I get to 90 days to see how I feel then. Just scared to take any meds anymore that aren't absolutely necessary.
It can take 4-6 weeks for a AD to build up in your system to work properly. So even if you took one it would do nothing for a good month. What you're feeling is usually normal. Are you in any form of aftercare where you can speak of your feelings and the why and how you became an addict? But it is possible you have some deppression. The pills mask everything. Were you on AD before?
I have questioned taking one myself at times. The depression is bad. Is it just us?
