Try bananas with a little yogurt mixed in and two short little walks each day will send those legs some relief. Good luck you are doing great!

I found that a good powdered Cal/Mag like 'Natural Calm' which contains both the Mag. that Vickie mentions and the Potassium (the bananas) that 10365 mentions worked well for RLS. It'll also help a little w/ sleep and charley horses. It contains: Cal/Mag/Potassium/Ascorbic Acid and D3. The D3 is good for your mood. Hope this helps.
Hi Hope.. I cleaned my kitchen walls in one detox It seems if we stay active it helps a lot.. Banana's help with rls as does tonic water a ingredient you look for is quinine That is what is in the restless leg med. they do sell off brands of it. Also one one of the nurses would suggest apple juice.. The suggestions above are good also.. Keep looking forward ok.. lesa
Did you try the health food store..You did not see it at a Walmart???
I was told once by a doctor to wrap warm towels around the legs..If you do use the magnz salt water and soak a towel and wrap it...It will help draw some more posions out..Take a good bath and get under that heating blanket to...I wish you well..You are doing OK..
