alcohol and opiate detox

ok,so the other night i got home,chilled out before bedtime and decided to have some hot choclate to start makeing me sleepy.didnt have cocoa,but i had some ryans irish creme(about a shot)poured it in hot milk and drank it....next morning my nose was runnig a bit again,felt a bit aggetated..it was like a mini detox  mode yesterday.does alcohol aggrevate brain receptors when you stop opiate use?,and if so when can you have a drink again and not have that happen

interesting to see if u can still do that when ur taperings done...but watch out for the YET

Good question.I am tapering from methadone and like a few beers after work.Has not bothered me YET.                                                                                     kc
