I'm so glad you've figured out your symptoms. It's amazing how w/d trhow our bodies and minds into such havoc, it's hard to figure whats/what. It's all a process, but one worth riding.
today was good day. i discovered that the pills -non prescription , for my neuropathy that i just started taking this morn actually brought my pressure down to normal and has been normal all day...i have ruled out the synthroid for making pressure go up..i think that the withdrawals is the culprit and the neuropathy just adds fuel to the fire....sorry for the ramble.....truly appreciate the good info....
i went to dr and he has me on hydroxyzine for anxiety..today the bp is much better..you folks are great ..thhanks
Yup, that was the case with me. I did have to go on BP meds. to stabilize and even after 1+ year clean I am still on the meds. Hopefully your's is episodic and will even out when detox is done. In any case and for piece of mind. Get a check up and follow the Doc's plan till you on level ground. Hey, Good work on 14 days on trams!!!! Your on your way to the freedom you deserve.
You need to discuss this with your doctor. We want you to be safe.

It is common to have high BP when withdrawing from any drug especially opiates.
"Withdrawal from many drugs can bring symptoms such as agitation, sweating, an inability to sleep, and high blood pressure. Opiate and narcotic withdrawal symptoms can be among the most difficult. "

If you have a good relationship with your doctor, Id make an appointment. Then he/she can give you medical advice on what you can do to stabilize it.
