Back to work tomorrow and tired and scared

Hi everyone, i,m almost a week off painkillers. Most of my physical symptoms have gone except the RLS and insomnia. I,m lucky if i get an hour or so in the morning after being wired and restless all night. Can anyone advise how to help this or do i just have to deal with it. Also i,m back to work tomorrow, i,m looking forward to going back but i,m worried i may have an anxiety attack because my nerves are still a bit raw and i,m jumpy from lack of sleep. I,m going to NA meetings but wont be able to go over the next few days because of my shifts but i,ll be right back there on my next day off. Is there anything anyone would advise on helping with anxiety, i am not taking any AD or anything coz i wanted to let my body recover, is there any dietry tips etc i could try to help with healing Thanks

Good day and job well done with week 1. I am no medical doctor by any means, but you might want to stop at Walmart or a healthfood store to purchase a small amount of sleep aids. The best one is Melanoma, which is pure and natural. Melanoma is what the staff at a rehab center had me on after day 4 from pain killers and benzos. Also explain this to your doc, he might write you a very small prescription of Ambien. I mean a small amount like 5 or 10 at the most. But try the melanoma first. Great job!!!!!!!!!!
