Hi friend!
Almost through day 11 & doing GREAT!
REALLY! Who woulda thunk it, huh?
The only pain I've had was yesterday in my legs. Not RLS, but my lower legs hurt like I had ran a marathon. I got back in the Jacuzzi & soaked it out!
You know, when we bought this house in 2006, my husband claimed the bathroom with the huge Jacuzzi tub in it. But I've moved him out LOL!
I'm usually a shower girl. Not lately.

You know what? You're pretty smart! I forgot how much I used to love to write in my Journals.
I think that's what I'm gonna do. Thanks for the great idea!
How about you CleanUpTime? Do you journal?
At least it'll give us something to do to take our minds off this, huh?

You will have happy parts of the day and then be in tears the next part of the day. The word emotional roller coaster is probably one of the ten top words here. Eventually you will notice it changing to good days and bad days...then good weeks with a few bad days.....it keeps getting better. I promise. Exercise is one of the best things you can do. Jogging, Fast walking...work up a sweat. I think walking or jogging outside id best because your around nature and nature has a healing effect. Listen to music....girl put your record on......Try to schedule time for relaxing opposed to just staying plopped on the couch. Spend a half hour or so. Take a warm bath(bubbles for the gals), light a candle,..if you have one with a good scent even better. Sit in a relaxed position and take some slow, deep breaths. Try to think of positive things....maybe special times you had, special memories or read positive sayings. Sometimes it's good to let yourself relax and start writing a journal. Write all of the things you are feeling down and keep them in a book and out of your head.  I liked to write the good things down too. Hope you guys get some good sleep tonight. You can get through this. It will get better. Corey

I'm so sorry, my friend! You were one of the first people to reach out to me.
I'll always remember that!
Remember how bad I had it on day 9?
I feel so much better today.
I can only assume it'll be the same for you when you get to day 11.
But, i gotta tell you...in the back of MY mind, I'm wondering if this is really over???
We'll just keep posting & hopefully the hrs will pass faster.
Don't you just feel they crawl by at times?
GOD BLESS!
