HI this thing goes in stages that fogy feeling kinda what do i do im confused well come and go as you get more clean time it will bother you less im 18mo clean and still get it from time to time keep up with the vitamins i find drinking whey protein shakes t be a big help there full of amino acids as well as the protein all of witch your brain needs to heal it a cheep fix 15 bucks for a 2lb can at walmart....the chocolate flavor is good just mix it with milk....drink 2 a day I noticed a notable difference in my recovery when I started on them when I get fogy I still drink them give this a try I recamend it to everyone that detoxes hang in there it gests better I promise good luck and God bless......Gnarly

that seems like the emotional part is really doing a number on you. I am still early on and I know we deal with a lot of anxiety, but as for motivation... it takes every bit of me physically and mentally to get up and out of bed and into the shower. I literally make myself get ready and get outside in the sun. Take a walk, or a drive or just sit otside and read a book. The chemcials in your brain will start to recover from the addiction and one morning you will wake up and just "feel" again... And that's the best feeling in the world. Good luck and God bless.
