how do you get rid of the creepy crawling feeling, and the feeling like I just cant stop moving my arms and legs.. I need help?

HI and welcome to the forum....well there is a few things you can do...they make some stuff called highlands restful legs...you can pick it up at walgreens or walmart it comes in a small 2 in bottle thats like 3/4 of an in round so you have to look for it its found with the vitamins and herbal remedies it is a life saver for most...as for the creepy crawling feeling
tomorrow get a hold of your dr and tell him your detoxing off narcotics and heard a medicine called clonadine in good to help with the B/P spikes as well as the creepy crawly feeling as for what you can do tonight try a long hot bath that should relieve a lot of the symptoms there are a lot of 24hr walgreens and walmarts out there if you can still drive it would be worth running out and getting the stuff for the rls keep posting for support and read the posts it will give you an idea of what to expect good luck and God bless.....Gnarly

do you have any xanax that the doctor has givin you?what i would do isget in the very hottest bath with bubbles and sit as long as you can if you have any the counter sleepaids dry your hair when your done wrap up real tight and its going to start over and over and come and go comead go the only thing i eve found to help me was my script for the xanax im sure lots of people have diffrent ways that is mineworksvery well and you can rest instead of lay there for hours and hours in misery!!! i feel for you and know what you are going thru pray to god he is thee and he WILL help you hope you feel better soon ''kitty''
