I may sound a little tuff to do right now but exercise was the only way I felt better. What you  are going through is all covered in PAWS part 1&2 far right hand column bottom right under most viewed health pages. you will understand more of what to expect. Each day gets better. It is 90+ days for me after detox and I still have bad days.Good luck and GOD BLESS IN JESUS NAME AMEN.

time is different for every one.  good news is it DOES get better.  start exercisizing...you will be mazed how much it will help.  check the health pages on the right for some good vitamins and aminos to help also.  you will get there just keep going.
