Ct Norco

Well tomorrow is day one. Felt Easter was a great day to start. A date I can remember. I know I will make it as I have a tremendous faith in God. You prayer warriors keep me in mind. 5 years of running out of Norco has been a night mare. I was meant for more than this. Any suggestions on nutrition is is welcome. Been taking a multi vitamin for a week along with mag and zinc. I know the worst is day 2-3 for me. I will admit I am asking Jesus for some help. Thanks in advance for any help. I have been refined by fire when this is over I know God has a work for me. I want to help others

Guys I will be here an on day 6. Yesterday was surprisingly a little rough in the evening. Got my music an just drove for awhile. Mom used to say an idle mind is the devils work shop. Getting out help. Drank my wife's put u to sleep tea an went out like a light. Slept so well woke up at 4 an came to work. Again thank all of u I will be chearing myself an others on. Oh I am so happy for you!  You deserve it and will feel so much better today.  I agree on the Tramadol thing too . . I lived one of those nightmare stories; best to avoid if you can.  You are doing GREAT . . keep it up:))

Great to hear you got 9 (!) hrs. of sleep w/o any meds. That is a really good indicator that things are getting better fast for you! Keep up the good work!

Well my wife was right again / don't tell her I said that. But her camamile tea put me out like a baby. Just got 9 hrs sleep after bout zero the night before. On future meds I agree with all that is said. My doc is the best I know he will figure this out. I know one I won't take is tramadol. Seen to many night mares about it. Love you guys got to go investigate a fire for an insurance company. Rainy but glad to b moving
