So proud of you! Congratulations on day 4! You'll start to feel better soon. The no sleep thing lasts the longest. Try to stay busy and if you can - even if its just walking at a fast clip - get some exercise to help gets those endorphins firing.
You're doing so well!
Day 4 / well physically doing ok except for only one hr sleep last night. I had scheduled to c a pain specialist to help me but I have cancelled that. From what I read they put u on something harder to get off than what u where on. I prayed last night asking God what to do about my pain I live with. Should I tell my doc I have been taking way to high dosage of meds an get to the correct amount that manages it. Also inform my doc to keep an eye on it. I believe That prayer was answered immediately as I went into a terrible muscle spasm down my right side an my wife had to help me off the floor. Please lend ur thoughts

A thoughtt to all my friends. The mind will begin to tell u what ur body and mind wants to hear. Whatever u believe in call for help. I'm a Christian I put on pandora radio searched Phil wickman an listened to Christian music. Good bye punk calling on my shoulder. I think of those that don't have a choice but meds an I feel ashamed it came to this. I could have survived on an eighth of what I was taking. Love u guys

We are not bad or weak people for having a sickness called addiction. The first 3 days are the hardest as you know, then it starts getting better. What's the longest you have gone without before?
