Thomas Method... How long?

How long should you stay on the Thomas Method?  I am on day 4 and today has been the best day so far.  I am just wanting to know if I need to stay on this for another week or longer?

I kept taking all the supplements until my stomach and urine said it was enough. I couldn't believe I peed clear with all those vitamins, ai usually get yellow urine with vits, but obviously my body was using them. My urine changed , then my stomach was getting upset from all the pills. I stopped taking all of them, went to a doctor, studied what deficiencies I may have, and now take only nutrients that I need to maintain a healthy body and mind. Accept the benzo, which you aren't using, it won't heart you to take the rest as long as it is helping.

No Valium.  Did the vitamins and that is it.

If you are using the Valium etc then you will want to start tapering to stop that in the next couple days.

But the vitamins and supplements are great. Stay on those through the month I would say. Then evaluate. If you think you can stop sooner then do. It us all up to you. But I would keep with them through day 14 at least. You should be doing better then.
