I want to thank everyone for their encouragement.  I am not feeling 'good' yet but to be honest even though I still feel sick I feel more like myself than I have in a long time.  I find myself laughing at things that just a few days ago would have irritated me.  Its really nice.  I havent really laughed in a while.  Im slow and tired and have to take breaks ALOT but I dont ever want to lose myself so completely again.  So yes, I feel poopy but thats better than loopy;0
