Day 2...

So here I am 39 hours in, I definitely feel worse than yesterday. I hope it doesn't get much worse and that this is the worst of it. I guess it could be worse, I am not really anxious at all I am just restless even though I am so damn tired! But its par for the course and a small price to pay for abusing my body with these pills. Could use some encouragement if anyone is awake. Hope to hear from you all!

i think it is safe to say that everybody here has relapsed more than once.  I DO NOT believe that anybody can kick this opiate habit on their first try.  Keep your head up.  It really does get better with every passing day!! Try to stay as busy as possible and GET OUT OF THE HOUSE!!!

I've never heard it put that way, but the lake thing is brilliant!  Exactly!!!  Try super b complex vitamin and a little exercise, even though you feel like it'll kill you!  The more you move around, the more the energy will pick up!  Promise......just takes a little time to heal!

One foot in front of the other is all it takes now. Each day your brain and body will heal and you will feel better. Just don't take a pill and all else will fall into place. Keep it simple.....Hot baths and soothing music when you get stressed. Can't wait to hear of your  days adding up to months. xx
