I am on day 5 today and I have some nights where my legs won't stop and then the next day they are fine. I find when I can't sleep I take an epsom salts bath and soak as long as I can and then wrap a heating pad around them and I can sleep. Also try bananas and potassium. Hope this helps and you can get some sleep :)

I will try that, thank you very much. Also I'm experiencing high depression and anxiety, is this normal?.

What you are going through is completely normal.  Epsom salt baths are a huge help to the restless legs.  Try not to fight it.  Day three is great by the way!  It's only going to be several more days.  Usually days 3-5 are the worst and then it starts getting better.  You can do it, I promise.

Magnesium vitamins are amazing for the legs. Over a year after detox and I still take them occasionally. Hope you feel better!
