My problem still is the sleeping I mix about .5 Ativan with 5mg  Ambien and I'll sleep for 5-6 hours and than I'm up any advice. I was on Norcos 6 a day for 4 months do you guys think my w/d process will be quicker than others? Thanks

8-10 lortab a day those are 10/650 right? Yeah that's rough that amount of acetamenaphin. But on another note before I relapsed four months ago I was clean for maybe 2 to 2 1/2 weeks and I Had such a bad time with sleeping and I was staying at my parents house and got stir crazy and decided instead of pills my other outlet would be drinking and hanging out with friends. Then one day after a stressful work shift my buddy who gets norco's for back pain invited me over to watch football and I took a couple and then it was downhill from there. I have told him to say no to me if I ever ask for some or ask for peoples numbers and he said he's proud of me and will help any way possible I'm just worried. I know I can go 2 weeks I've already done that but it's the beyond that I don't know any words of advice I know this was a long post but thanks for reading.

I was taking lortab 10 for a herniated disc only got it from my dr, on it for about 2 yrs but usage just got out of control in the past 6 months, maybe 8-10 a day. I chose to quit on my own and told my dr I didn't want to take them anymore.

Congrats on 4 days that's awsome!! You are almost through the worst of it now. I am on day 21 and loving life more than ever. I was lucky to never have sleep issues when I was detoxing because I take a non narcotic prescrption called trazadone, it is amazing!! If you have a family dr, try to give them a call and tell them you are having trouble sleeping and a friend suggested trazadone. They may call it in for ya. Keep up the great work, you have this thing beat!!
