Day 18

Just wanted to let everyone know that I am on day 18 now and feeling really good.  Not back to normal by any means but every day is better then the one before.  For all of you just starting, you can do this.  Those first 7 or 8 days are tough to get through.  When I was going thru them, I was sure the days would last forever.  But I am on the other side now and I am here to tell you that it gets better.  You need hell week to appreciate life again.  Its like your body punishing you for you punishing it.  The body says, do that crap to me again and see what I do to you the next time.  :-)  Anyway, thanks so much for all the support.  You guys are great!  I hope that I have been able to help some along the way too.  

For any of those being forced to do this alone and work at the same time...That was me.  So hard to do, but you can make it through it. Just put on that tough grin and go with it.

Thanks you guys/gals!  :-)  I have so many new friends now.  Its awesome.  And all because we are helping each other.  I feel like I know alot of you.  I wish I did, so I could personally thank you for what you have done for me.

YAY JC,  Congrats on 18 days! It just gets better and better from here. Normal will come, I promise. You are a very selfless person to struggle as you have and still reach out to others. I'll be looking forward to your 30 day post!

Awesome job!  We both started on this journey about the same time so I followed you closely.  You supported me during my journey and I am so happy to hear about day 18!   You are over the hump and life has so much to offer you now.  And you keep giving back to others!   amazing.  Congrats!
