I have had chronic back pain and headaches as well as heel spurs since I was around 17. I used to be 300 pounds but had a gastric bypass and am now 172 but the pain is even worse! I dont know how much longer I can make it. I cant keep the apt clean, its so bad. I lost my job but when I get a new one, dont know how I will manage b/c the jobs I do are very physical.

I cant even find a job. I have severe depression...and out of meds. I have anxiety also.

I have no friends.

Do you have insurance?  can you afford to see a doctor?  I'm not sure what your saying? Are you seeing a doctor and they are not helping you?

There are some non narcotic pain meds that help Fibromyalgia pain one being lyrica. There are some great muscle relaxers for the back pains as well. I am wondering when you go into the doctor are you telling them you have headache back pain you think you have firbro .That to a doctor when you are complaining about many pain issues at once as drug seeking behavior that might have something to do with why they are not manging your pain

I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling this way. Is there some sort of low cost clinic in your area that might be able to help you to deal with the depression and anxiety? Perhaps they can refer a pain management clinic as well.
