Depression, and opiate withdrawl...

Does Zoloft help with opiate withdrawl?

My doc just started me on Prozac and im really hoping it helps.  Having a really really hard time with the mental part .( day 15)   Different AD's work for different folks so talk to your Doctor and be honest,

yes yes yes....zoloft will help with depression. whether its clinical depression  or from opiate abuse. when you use opiates the chemicals im our brain changes. and anti depressant help with this....

I've been taking Zoloft for 7 months,  and taking pain pills for 3 years.  The Zoloft has curbed my anxiety and mood swings.  This is just a personal account.  Each person is different.

if depression is taking a toll on you, yes, ask for help to your doctor.... some people have taken it for some time, don't struggle with depression, your recovery is first... good luck :)
