I don't know if you can find the Hylands in the UK - if not - maybe you can order it online?

And try eating a banana (or two!) before going to bed.  The potassium will help a ton with the RLS.

Good luck to you!

IT will take some days to get your legs back but mild pain will stay for few more days.

your doing well, dont forget to keep your fluids up, the rls does vary from person to person, but around 7/9 days for most, take care, god bless.

If you have a DR they wills script you Clondine and it does work. .1mg twice a day for the first 7 days of detox then 1 pill for 7 more days and then nothing.

Muscle relaxers might work but not for long. Hylands RLS worked wonders for me and for others but everyone is different. It's over the counter.

Bananas are the best thing for RLS in my opinion.  Try eating a couple and see if that helps.  And if not there's the Hylands Restful Legs with quinine that a lot of members swear by.  It's always better to try a natural alternative FIRST.  Hang in there - the RLS does go away eventually.

well neither one of those will help the restless legs and unfortunatly nothing really helps it to much or didnt for me but get some potassium and magnesium vitamins and it will help a little and also some ppl swear by hyland restless legs med it is sold at walmart and it didnt help me but some ppl say it works really good but the potassium and magnesium is a must it will help some and also make the restless legs not last as long but all of this i mentioned can be bought at walmart and its not very expensive at all

Good Luck and Godspeed
