Diphenhydramine in otc sleep med
Did someone tell me that the diphenhydramine could cause restless legs?
I can NEVER take any OTC sleep aid because it gives me horrible restless legs!! Prescription Ambien is the only sleep aid that doesn't. Benadryl is the same, causing bad RLS!
I think I did, it gives me crazy RLS. It is hit and miss sometimes it will other times it won't. I stopped taking it for allergies because it was so unpredictable.
