Almost 5 days! Clean!

Wells guys, im coming up on 5 days!  I layed around for 2 horrible days, bored, cold  & weak, mostly but i went shopping on the 3rd day, worked yesterday, Im a waitress so I am active, the more I move  the better I feel. I havent eaten well in years, Ive lost weight, I always thought my pills worked best on an empty stomach, so I lived on pepsi, coffee and pills. I realized how much older I looked in Dec when I saw photos of me just 8 months before. My opiate use also became really bad the past year after 8 years of HEAVY use. But i had the desire to stop and I did it! I keep singing  that song in my head( You got the power!)  LOL  Its helping me believe it or not.
    Any way Im glad I found this place before I tried my first plan, I had the number for a suboxone clinic but after reading on here the horrors of that drug, i just decided to go CT.
  Any way I Feed myself good last nite tuna salad and Im feeling much more energetic this morning. Anyone know of good energy foods? Im really busy at work tonite and tommorow nite?

thank you, my chicks lay 16 eggs a day now so i can do that one for sure. I have to start getting my health back and eating right.

Nicely done!! I cant remember where I read this (think somewhere on the healtpages) I made a list early on:
Apples, Bananas, Beets, Chicken, cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, fish, wtermelon, wheat germ and beans.
So glad to hear you're doign well!! Stay strong :)
