First day fully with no pills

I m managing somehow right now but last night the s#!+ hit the fan my legs were.out of control. Had to take the day off work any advice on how to subdue the leg symptoms

Be careful of hylands restless leg. It contains quinine which can be fatal if over done, but can be safe if taken correctly.

Hi Amanda,, I know that feeling all too well. Im sorry,,I know it really really *****. Have you tried eating a banana? Or taking some magnesium supplements? There is a supplement called Hylands Restless legs that really really helped me a lot. You can also try hot baths ( I took like 5 a day) with epsom salts and sometimes light walking around really helped as well. Dont give in,,the RLS was one of the toughest things for me to deal with. I put ace bandages and then warmed up towels in the microwave and wrapped them in those...maybe it was just a comfort thing but it helped...the snuggly feeling and the warmth....hang in there...
