Hello and Welcome :) First off good job on cutting your sources. The good thing for you is that it doesn't sound like you have been taking them for too terribly long and your dose wasn't awfully high. Quitting is definitely doable if you want it bad enough. The Thomas Recipe is at the bottom of the page that has good information on vitamins and such to help ease your withdrawal symptoms. I was taking a considerable amount more and with lots of vitamins, staying hydrated, and staying active I came out on the other side just fine and it was tolerable. Just make sure that you have some sort of aftercare in mind because the physical part is easy compared to the mental battle that comes after. Good luck to you!! :))
Thomas recipe is good. Locate a local NA community in your area they have valuable information and support. It will take a bit to get adjusted but you'll feel pretty good in short order. Be patient and stay strong
